Our bespoke wedding stationery service is where Your RSVP creates a completely new and unique piece of wedding stationery, exclusive to you and your wedding day. We listen carefully to your requirements and then provide a quotation. If you want to use an image, please ensure it is of a good print quality and that you obtain permission from the person who took the picture before sending it to us. All of our personalised wedding stationery is tailored to your special day - all you have to do is choose your favourite design and what you need. If you opt for our wedding stationery packs, you benefit from one of our four most popular designs and then you simply fill in your own wedding information yourself. There really is something for everyone.
No! With Your RSVP you can pick and choose just the items you need, whatever service you select. However for our bespoke and personalised wedding stationery, many people do opt for most of the items as the full set gives a fantastic impression from start to finish.
For our personalised and wedding stationery pack customers, Your RSVP will provide one free sample per customer or household. This sample will allow you to check you are happy with the design, paper quality and print. Please note, for personalised customers this sample will not include your own details. If you would like more than one free sample, you can request so, however these will be charged at £3.00 each to cover costs. This free sample service is only available within the UK. We will happily post samples worldwide, however please contact us on 0870 777 7289 or email sales@your-rsvp.co.uk for more details.
No! Whatever service you choose, we can add additional items to your account at a later stage. For personalised stationery customers, you can make an initial order for items you know you have the correct numbers for and then contact us to amend your order for items such as place names, menus, table plans etc. nearer the time of your wedding. Please note additional postage costs apply.
As our stationery is completely personalised with details about your big day, there is a minimum order of 30 for all items except menus, table numbers, table names and table plans. We recommend that you order a few spare items, particularly for invitations 'just in case' you have forgotten somebody, or those who you wish to be upgraded from the evening reception to the main day.
Each of our packs contain 5 pieces of wedding stationery. There is a minimum order of 30 items (6 packs) for all items.
Ideally, you need to send out your wedding invitations and stationery 3-6 months before the big day. However, we do offer an express service for our personalised wedding stationery at no extra cost. You may also benefit from our additional services to save you even more time. If your wedding is approaching within 2 months, you may consider our wedding stationery packs as they are delivered to your door in 7 working days.
At Your RSVP we like to be as flexible to your needs as possible. If you have another font and/or different words to suit your style we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes. Simply call us on 0870 777 7289 or email sales@your-rsvp.co.uk.
All of our wedding stationery packs benefit from using our two most popular wedding fonts. For all headlines, we use a sophisticated and stylish font – Bickley Script. For a clear and easy to read font all body copy is Humanist.
Once we have received your order and deposit, bespoke wedding stationery proofs will be ready within 7 working days and personalised wedding stationery proofs in 5 working days. You can approve your artwork online in your account area or if you do not have access to the Internet we will post them to you (please allow an additional 3-5 working days). Our wedding stationery packs are all pre-printed ready for you immediately.
Once you have selected your wedding stationery items in your shopping basket you can simply pay online with any major credit or debit card. We also have the facility to take Pay Pal payments should you have an account.
For wedding stationery pack customers you will be asked to confirm your order by paying the full balance. For personalised wedding stationery customers we need a 25% deposit to confirm your booking with us (although there is the option to pay the full amount if you prefer). The final balance will be requested once you have approved your order online or by post. We can accept payment through your account area or over the telephone. For our bespoke wedding stationery customers, the process is exactly the same as our personalised customers however both your deposit and full balance payment will be taken over the telephone once you are happy with your quotation and proofs.

Our wedding stationery packs are dispatched and delivered in 7 working days. For bespoke and personalised wedding stationery customers, after we have had your approval online or by post and received your final balance, your wedding stationery will be delivered to your home or work (if more convenient) within 2 weeks or a date after this time specified by you.
