Proofs

Proofs will appear online, or if requested, posted to an address of your choice. You must check all stationery items for design, wording (i.e. dates, venue, time etc) and layout prior to us printing. Proofs will not be of finished printed quality or be on the correct paper. Whilst every care is taken in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that all stationery items are exactly as you want them. Any changes can be made online or by post and once approved we will require the final payment - all artwork will then be sent to the printers. Your RSVP cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after the proofs have been approved.

Copyright

It is your responsibility to obtain copyright permission for any hymns, readings or photography used to create any stationery item.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order BEFORE any proofs have been uploaded online or posted to an address of your choice, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. If you decide to cancel AFTER your proofs have been issued, we will need to keep your initial deposit to cover artwork costs. Once full payment has been received and proofs approved, you cannot cancel your order. Returns will not be accepted after delivery.

Prices

All prices include VAT, are unit price and based on a minimum order quantities. A deposit of 25% is required with your order and the final balance due once proofs have been approved, online or by post. International prices are available upon request.

Timings

Once we have received your order and deposit, proofs will be ready within 5 working days. You can approve your artwork online or if you do not have access to the Internet we will post them to you (please allow an additional 3-5 working days). Once approved, your wedding stationery will be delivered to your home or work (if more convenient) within 2 weeks or a date after this time specified by you. Please note that all table plan orders need to be made at least 4 weeks before your wedding day.

If you require your order sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. International ordering times may increase due to postage delivery.

Delivery

Delivery will be via an overnight courier or similar and is charged at £16.50 on all orders to the UK. This can be to your home or work address - whichever is convenient for you. A signature will be required on delivery. We can post internationally, additional postage costs and lead times will apply.

Samples

Your RSVP will provide one free sample per customer or household. This sample will allow you to check you are happy with the design, paper quality and print. This will be an example and will not include your own personal details. If you would like more than one free sample, you can request so, however these will be charged at £3.00 each to cover costs. This free sample service is only available within the UK. We will happily post samples worldwide, however please contact us on 0870 777 7289 or email sales@your-rsvp.co.uk for more details.
