Terms and Conditions - Wedding Stationery Packs

Prices

All prices include VAT and are priced by the pack (each pack contains 5 stationery items). There is a minimum order quantity of 30 items (6 packs) for each stationery piece. Your RSVP will request the full balance for immediate dispatch.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement. We will only refund or offer a replacement if the product is damaged or faulty. Additional postage costs may apply. Please check carefully when you order that you have selected the correct stationery item and design.

Timings

Once we have received your order and full balance payment, your wedding stationery packs will be delivered to your home or work (if more convenient) in 7 working days. International ordering times may increase due to postage delivery.

Delivery

Delivery will be via an overnight courier or similar and is charged at £16.50 on all orders to the UK. This can be to your home or work address - whichever is convenient for you. We will dispatch your order to the address you gave us in your shopping basket. A signature will be required on delivery. We can post internationally, additional postage costs and lead times will apply.

Samples

Your RSVP will provide one free sample per customer or household. This sample will allow you to check you are happy with the design, paper quality and print. If you would like more than one free sample, you can request so, however these will be charged at £3.00 each to cover costs. This free sample service is only available within the UK.
